Tone & OM with Kim Hartwell – Launch

Back in September I attended the Launch of Tone & OM hosted by model, Personal trainer and Yoga teacher Kim Hartwell at One LDN – Imperial Wharf. A new workout she created combining Strength & conditioning with Yoga.

When I arrived at the studio, I was greeted by friendly staff and delighted to see other fitness friends.


I was intrigued with this new concept and loved the idea of a workout combination with yoga.


The workout consisted of 20 mins HIIT and 20 mins yoga. The HIT was a series of drills, some with the use of a resistance band. We worked through the different sets which was later combined together as a sequence. Although only a short workout, it definitely got us in a sweat.


After some sweaty HIT, it was great to continue with a low impact workout to finish off. A gentle Vinyasa flow to stretch and lengthen out.

After the workout we were treated to healthy foods courtesy of Boa Vida  Neat Nutrition  The Dip Society Moma The evening ended with a catch up with old and new friends.
